Quick Notes:
Height: Height to about 20 inches.
Flowers: The ray flowers are white with the undersides of the petals striped violet. The flowerhead is about 1 1/2 inches wide. The flower stems are branching hollow stems.
Flowering Time: February - May.
Leaves: Simple, deeply lobed, dark green, and up to about 6 inches long at the base of the plant and shorter toward the top.
Found: Native to the USA (AZ, CA, NM, NV, TX, UT); and northern Sonora, northern Chihuahua, Baja Norte, & Baja California, in Mexico.
