Coreopsis bigelovii, Aster or Sunflower Family also known as the Composite Family: ( Compositae ), Desert Coreopsis: Also Called: Leptosyne bigelovii, Bigelow Coreopsis, Bigelow's Tickseed.

Flowers: Yellow, flower heads appear at the ends of 12 - 18 inch light green stems. Flowers are composed of 8 to 10 rays.
